Application Form and complete instructions can be found on this site. You must
utilize the on-line process described to the right in order to apply for a
Grant from Novo Nordisk. |

| Novo Nordisk must
receive all requests at least 45 days prior to the date of the scheduled
program. Requests not timely received may not be considered. Each application
is given careful consideration as part of a rigorous evaluation by the Grants
Office. Please note that it may take more then 45 days for more complex
requests before you receive a decision regarding your application. |
